OCSiAl will introduce TUBALL-based thermoset and thermoplastic nanomodifiers at Composites Europe 2014 for the first time in Hall 8a, Booth I16 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany from October 7-9. Mike Nemeth, OCSiAl LLC's Vice President of Marketing & Sales, will also be presenting on the impact that low-cost single-wall carbon nanotubes can have on the composites industry - his presentation will be on October 9, 12:00-12:30 at Hall 8b, Booth D36.
The nanomodifiers (TUBALL COMP and TUBALL PLAST) OCSiAl is introducing enhance durability and electrical conductivity in thermoset and thermoplastic materials. The Mechanical variants (TUBALL COMP_M and PLAST_M) enhance durability properties including flexural strength, impact strength and others without any reduction in tensile strength. The Electrical variant (TUBALL COMP_E) adds or improves conductivity without any reduction in mechanical strength.
TUBALL-based industrial nanomodifiers are drop-in additives, providing a way to improve properties without manufacturing changes.
