OCSiAl will be highlighting the advantages of TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes in ESD floorings. Thanks to the unique properties of these nanotubes, when they are embedded into a material matrix they create a strong 3D conductive network that provides materials with uniform and permanent conductivity while maintaining the original colour and mechanical properties.
At the China Floor Expo, OCSiAl will display a number of easy-to-use TUBALL-based solutions that have been specially developed to provide conductivity in floorings:
TUBALL COMP_E is a class of concentrates based on low-viscosity resins and contains at least 1% of high-quality single wall carbon nanotubes. TUBALL COMP_E was designed specially for epoxy and polyester systems and provides materials with high electrical conductivity and increased mechanical strength.
TUBALL MATRIX is a line of innovative super-concentrates based on single wall carbon nanotubes for providing volume resistivity in epoxy and polyester resins within the range of 10 8 –10 2 Ω · cm . Concentrates are available in several matrixes, are easy to handle, and can be processed using standard equipment. TUBALL MATRIX allows the required conductivity to be achieved starting from loadings as low as 0.1%.
