Sales Manager - Coating

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goal set by our company
- Provide regular training for customers to understand Tuball solution
- Work closely with TCS, PD, RD to find trouble shooting method
- Provide pipeline report on NS in a timely manner
- Conduct market survey
- New customer development
Skills/Experience/Qualification Required
At least Bachelor degree, major in chemical or material background.
At least 6-year work experiences as technical sales professional for additives or raw materials companies who is selling products to coating industry.
Sales expertise on primary focus on conductive additives, such as:
- Conductive titanium dioxide
- Conductive silver paste
- Conductive ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) & ATO (Antimony Tin Oxide)
Background in the coatings industry, especially in:
- EMI shielding coatings
- Self-cleaning coatings
- Light-absorbing coatings (Traditional anti-corrosion or industrial coatings experience is not preferred)
Self-driven, proactive and capable to take challenge
Strong business sense to independently develop customers
Interpersonal skills, flexibility
Analytical thinking, good communication skills, team-player
Results / details oriented person
Work independently and enjoy challenges
Excellent Chinese and are fluent in English, with strong capability in communication and intercultural relationship
