About OCSiAl Group:

The OCSiAl group (“OCSiAl”) is the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes with the headquarters in Luxembourg. In addition to the synthesis of nanotubes themselves, OCSiAl is developing technologies for their use in industry to improve specific properties of various materials and to create new record-setting nano-augmented materials.

In 2022, OCSiAl established its presence in Serbia where it produces graphene nanotubes along with nanotube-based products.

Key responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining accounting records in accordance with laws and standards based on the ERP system;
• Preparing IFRS reports in accordance with the requirements of the group accounting policy;
• Developing the company's accounting policy in accordance with the requirements of local legislation and Group policies;
• Preparing and submitting management, accounting and tax reports within the established deadlines;
• Ensuring the completeness, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of accounting information reflecting the company's activities;
• Organizing document flow, safeness and completeness of accounting documentation, registers, databases and archives;
• Monitoring the correctness and timeliness of settlements with counterparties, tax authorities, employees and other persons;
• Organizing the process of warehouse accounting and control over the movement of inventory items of the company;
• Organizing the process of accounting for the costs of production and sale of products manufactured by the company;
• Analyzing the financial condition, profitability, liquidity, solvency and economic risks;
• Developing and implementing measures to reduce costs, improve the efficiency and quality of accounting;
• Participation in planning and budgeting processes, including development of business plans, business projects, investments;
• Implementation of internal and external audits, verification of the accuracy and completeness of accounting information, identification and elimination of errors and violations;
• Consulting management and employees on accounting, taxation, financial analytics;
• Participation in automation of company management processes, including accounting and tax accounting;
• Work with banks, currency transactions, accounting and financial support of foreign trade transactions;
• Organization and management of the activities of subordinate accountants, ensuring their training, and motivation.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Higher education;
• Experience in preparing accounting (financial) statements, both in Serbian Accounting standards and IFRS, at least 5 years. Diploma in international financial reporting standards is an advantage;
• Experience in conducting external audits by Big Four companies (PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y);
• Experience in conducting an inventory count of property and liabilities;
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite etc.);
• MS Office proficiency;
• Fluent in Serbian, proficient in English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
