OCSiAl Facility Achieves ISO Certification for Quality, Environment, and Safety

In just one year after launch, OCSiAl’s production facility in Stara Pazova, Serbia has achieved Integrated Management System (IMS) certification, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, meeting the highest global standards for quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational safety.

“Our Serbia facility is more than a production site—it’s a center of innovation where our teams ensure every process for manufacturing TUBALL™ nanotube products meets the highest standards,” said Milica Janic, Group Quality System Engineer. “Passing over 30 audits in our first year alone reflects the dedication and expertise of our global workforce.”

ISO 9001 certification confirms OCSiAl’s commitment to quality management and delivering consistent, reliable, and traceable nanotechnology products. Clients across the globe benefit from stable, high-performance graphene nanotubes that power applications in electronics, healthcare, automotive, and more.

ISO 14001 certification ensures that every stage of production—from synthesis to packaging—meets strict environmental standards, aligning with OCSiAl’s vision of sustainable nanotechnology. The facility operates entirely on hydropower and uses packaging made from recycled materials for its nanotube products, minimizing the carbon footprint and supporting eco-friendly manufacturing.

With presence in more than 20 countries, OCSiAl prioritizes the health and safety of its workforce. ISO 45001 certification reinforces comprehensive occupational safety measures, ensuring a secure and productive working environment for every team member.
