OCSiAl shares new achievements in improving battery life

This major international conference offers a unique blend of electrochemical and solid-state science and technology; and serves as a major forum for the discussion of interdisciplinary research. Scientists, engineers, and industry leaders come from around the world to attend the technical symposia, poster sessions, panel discussions, professional development workshops, the Electrochemical Energy Summit, and networking and social events offered throughout the course of each meeting.

OCSiAl shared its successes in battery field in increasing energy density of electrochemical power sources in its talk titled "Use of SWCNTs to Increase the Energy Density of Li-Ion Batteries", highlighting the benefits of TUBALL™ in creating higher capacity, improved rate and longer life Li-ion batteries.
The company also presented the Si-SWCNTs structures developed in-house in the talk titled "High Capacity Hybrid Si-SWCNT Anode Structures for Li-Ion Batteries" for application in the next generation of Li-ion batteries.
OCSiAl was excited to share its experience and expertise with both academia and the industry, encouraging electrochemical community to utilize unique properties of TUBALL™ in batteries, capacitors and fuel cells.
